Yes you can make these changes if you email us at hello@skingossips.com at least 5 minutes after completed transaction. Our team at skin gossips work very swiflty in completing orders, but we’ll do our best to process your request if this is possible.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will be send out a confirmation email with the summary of your order and once the product leaves the warehouse you will recieve a tracking number where you can trace your order status.

We authorise one promo code per order. If we have additional skin gossips promo codes running and are still valid you will need to choose the one you want to use more!

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) exactly match what you’ve entered into our system. And then check the expiry date.

If all this info is correct your card issuer may have declined your payment. You card provider don’t give us the reason why this happened, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at hello@skingossips.com. We’re always happy to help.

We’re sorry your product didn’t arrive as expected. Please reach out to hello@skingossips.com with your order number and the product you’d like to exchange or return, letting us know your reasons. Please do note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products, unless they’re proven not fit for use. For full details please refer to our terms of use.

We only accept returns on UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 30 days. For the full details on our returns policy check our terms of use.

If your item is damaged or not fit for use upon receipt then please let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

To process your return, drop us an email at hello@skingossips.com letting us know your name, address and order number and we’ll help you place the return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Unfortunately we will not refund postage costs unless the product you received was damaged or not fit for use. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Please allow 5-10 working day for your refund to be processed.

Please specify the item(s) affected and the damaged. Attach images of the damaged item(s) as this will help our team resolve this for you without any delay. If your parcel contains broken glass, please do not handle the goods for your own safety. Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded back, as we may need to examine or investigate further.

If there is an item missing from your order, please report this to our team at hello@skingossips.com and we will investigate the issue further for you. If an item is missing, please check the parcel it has arrived in for any damage or any signs that this has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the parcel, if you see that there is any damage to the packaging or it appears to have been tampered with, please check the contents before signing for the parcel. If a parcel is left without you signing for it, please take photos of any damage. Please ensure the item on your invoice is not marked‘ to follow’ on (if this is the case, the item will be posted to you in a separate package).

There could be many reasons as to why your order was cancelled. If you receive an email stating that your order was or has been cancelled it could be due to the following reasons:

The order has failed security checks. This simply means that we perform rigorous security checks on every order that is placed with Skin Gossips. If an order does not meet the specific criteria required for an order to be classed as genuine then it will be cancelled. To make sure your order passes our security checks, please ensure the correct billing details is provided at checkout, this includes:

Billing address that is registered to the card being used Verified by Visa- Correct password is entered SecureCode by Mastercard- Correct pin code is entered PayPal email address matches the information provided The order is classed as retail. Products purchased from Skin Gossips are not for re-sale or distribution. Skin Gossips can, at its sole discretion, restrict ordering to a maximum of 5 pieces of any individual products and reserve the right to cancel any orders which are suspected as being purchased for re-sale or distribution.

If a duplicate order comes through within a short space of time of the first order being placed, this may be the reason for the cancelation. However, rest assured the original order will not have been affected. We cannot accept orders being delivered to a freight forwarding business this is simply due to parcel insurance reasons.
